Marcus is described as a Caucasian male standing five feet, seven inches tall with a medium build, brown hair and blue eyes. He usually has a beard and wears a ballcap. Marcus was last seen on January 27 in the 800-block of Courtney Street and was reported missing on February 4. Officers have been working to locate Marcus since then and are concerned for his wellbeing.
Investigators believe Marcus may be camping in the Beacon Hill Park area or in various areas around Greater Victoria.
