Joel is five feet, ten inches tall, with a medium build. Joel weighs about 150 lbs. Joel has a tattoo of a grim reaper on his right forearm. A recent photograph of Joel is below.Joel has been missing for over a week, and he is believed to be in the Victoria area.Joel’s family is concerned for his well-being.
