He is described as a Caucasian man, standing six feet, three inches tall, weighing 280 pounds. He has short, brown hair and is wearing brown leather shoes. Matthew may be driving a 2017 red Chevy Volt with BC Licence Plate RB6 81E. A photograph of Matthew and the vehicle are below.
