Tyler was last seen in downtown Victoria in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue on December 30th. It is unusual that Tyler has not been seen nor been in contact with his family since then. Officers are working to locate Tyler and ensure that he is safe.The circumstances under which Tyler has gone missing are considered to be high risk.
