She is described as a Caucasian woman, standing five feet, seven inches tall, with a heavy build. She has short, dark hair with some grey flecks. She is likely wearing a red jacket and uses a walker. A photograph of Heli is below.Have you seen high-risk missing woman Heli Ferguson?Heli has a medical condition which may result in her becoming confused and unaware of her surroundings. She may have difficulty communicating. She was discovered missing from the area near the 2700-block of Shelbourne Street just before 5 pm today.
