ALERT | Have You Seen This Orange 1960s Era Ford AC Cobra

Date: Wednesday, August 26, 2020File: 20-34207Victoria, BC – Investigators are asking for your help as they search for a unique orange 1960s era Ford AC Cobra sports car involved in a hit and run collision earlier this evening.Patrol officers were called to the 400-block of Wilson Street for a report of a hit and run that occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. The distinctive orange Ford AC Cobra sports car was involved in a hit and run crash at a residence there. The vehicle then fled the scene. There were two people in the vehicle at the time of the crash. The vehicle driver is described as a Caucasian man, between 50 and 60 years of age. He was wearing a black hat, a black t-shirt, and black, wire-framed glasses.The vehicle is described as an orange 1960s era Ford AC Cobra. It has a black hood stripe, black lettering that reads “1097 AA/SP” and “Dragonsnake” with a cartoon decal on the side. Photographs of the vehicle are below. The crash caused significant damage to the property.
