Date: Monday, December 7, 2020File: 20-48246Victoria, BC – Officers with VicPD’s Behavioural Assessment and Management Unit (BAMU) are asking for public assistance in locating high-risk offender, James Beecher, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for parole suspension. Beecher was last seen in Victoria on Friday, December 4th.James Beecher is a federal parolee with a history of convictions for drug trafficking, firearms, fraud and property related offences, including forcible entry.James Beecher is described as a 45-year-old Caucasian man with short grey hair and blue eyes. He is five feet, nine inches tall and weighs approximately 177 pounds, with a medium build. A photograph of James Beecher is below.If you see James Beecher, call 911.
