Have You Seen High-Risk Missing Man Francis Mayers?

Date: Sunday, July 16, 2023 File: 23-25798 Victoria, BC – Officers are asking for your assistance as we work to locate high-risk missing man Francis “Frank” Mayers. Frank is 55 and is described as a Caucasian man standing five feet, nine inches tall with a medium build and shoulder-length blonde hair. Frank was last seen wearing red shorts and a blue T-shirt. He was riding a bike in the downtown Victoria area. A photograph of Frank is below. 

Have you seen Frank Mayers? 

Frank was reported missing late this afternoon after making comments which caused those who care for him to be concerned for his wellbeing. It is those circumstances which designate his being missing as high-risk. Officers are working to locate him to ensure he is safe. If you see Frank Mayers, call 911.
