He has brown hair and brown eyes. Tyrone was last seen wearing a black track suit, a baseball hat, and a backpack. A photograph of Tyrone is below.Tyrone was last seen in Victoria on August 1st. Patrol officers are working to locate Tyrone to ensure that he is safe. Investigators believe he may be in the James Bay or Dallas Road area.If you see Tyrone Emerson, please call 911.
