Have You Seen High-Risk Missing Person Edgar?

Date: Friday, January 19, 2024 File: 24-2057 Victoria, BC – Officers are asking for your assistance as we work to locate a high-risk missing 77-year-old with dementia. Edgar is 77 years old and is described as five feet six inches tall with a medium build, short white hair, and a long white beard. Edgar was last seen in the 500-block of West Bay Terrace in Esquimalt on Tuesday January 16 and was reported missing today. Edgar was last seen wearing a dark coloured jacket and pants, a red zip-up hoody and a red baseball cap. Edgar may be wearing rainbow striped suspenders. Edgar has dementia and investigators are concerned for Edgar’s welfare. Edgar usually travels on foot or by bus and is known to frequent the Esquimalt area. Photographs of Edgar, including what Edgar was last known to be wearing, are below.
