Have You Seen High-Risk Missing Person Franz?

Date: Friday, August 9, 2024 File: 24-28747 Victoria, BC – Officers are asking for your assistance as we work to locate a high-risk missing 90-year-old with dementia. Franz is 90 years old and is described as five feet ten inches tall with a medium build, and grey hair. Franz was last seen near the 100-block of Saghalie Road late this morning and is believed to be travelling on foot.  Franz is wearing a blue V-neck sweater over a dark long-sleeved shirt, khaki shorts, tennis shoes and a blue baseball cap. Photos of Franz, including one taken earlier today, are below.
