Date: Friday, March 3, 2023File: 23-7857Victoria, BC – Officers are asking for your help as we work to locate high-risk missing person Justin Parent.Justin is 25 years old and is described by his family as Indigenous, five foot, seven inches tall, with dark hair and a medium build. Justin may be wearing a white, long-sleeve Nike shirt. Justin was last seen yesterday evening in the Esquimalt area and officers and his family are concerned for his well-being. Justin may be driving a grey 2000 Mercedes CLK43 bearing BC license plate MS0 73E. A recent photo of Justin is below as well as a stock image of a similar vehicle.Officers continue to work to locate Justin. If you see Justin or this vehicle call 911.
