Have You Seen High-Risk Missing Woman Jill Horwood?

Date: Monday, May 22, 2023 File: 23-18280 Victoria, BC – Officers are asking for your assistance as we work to locate high-risk missing 77-year-old woman Jill Horwood. Jill is described as Caucasian woman standing five feet, six inches tall with a medium build. Jill has grey, chin-length hair and wears bangs. She was last seen carrying a red jacket while wearing a purple sweater and brown pants with distinctive gold shoes. Two photos of Jill are below.   Jill lives with a medical condition that can lead her to become confused and unaware of where she is. She was last seen in the 1100-block of Dallas Road just after 3 p.m. today.  If you see Jill Horwood please stay with her and call 911.
