Lia has shoulder-length dyed blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black sweater, black sweatpants, and grey boots. A recent photograph of Lia is below.Lia was last seen in Victoria on the evening of January 23rd. Patrol officers are working to locate Lia and ensure that she is safe.If you see Lia Barker, please call 911.
