Have You Seen High-Risk Missing Youth Lia Barker ?

Date: Wednesday, June 28, 2023 File: 23-18280 Victoria, BC – Officers are asking for your assistance as we work to locate high-risk missing youth Lia Barker. Lia, 17, is described as young Caucasian woman standing five feet, nine inches tall with a slim build and short pink hair. Lia was recently seen wearing a long pink wig, as well as a black hoodie and black pants and carrying a black duffle bag.  A photo of Lia is below.    Lia was last seen in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue on June 20, 2023. She was reported missing on June 21 and officers have been working to locate Lia safely since then. If you see Lia Barker call 911.
