Date: Thursday, December 28, 2023File: 23-47086Victoria, BC – Officers are asking for your assistance as we work to locate missing person Lia. Lia is described as young woman standing five feet, nine inches tall with a slim build and short, bright red hair. Lia was last seen on December 18 wearing a black raincoat, and with a black backpack.  A photo of Lia is below.Lia was reported missing on December 19 and officers have been working to locate her since then. Lia has been missing a significant period of time and officers are concerned for her wellbeing.  If you see Lia call 911.
