Date: Thursday, July 27, 2023 File: 23-27369 Victoria, BC – 47-year-old David, who was the subject of a high-risk missing person alert earlier this morning, has been located and is safe. Thank you to everyone who shared the missing person alert. We have removed our previous posts to protect David’s privacy.
