Investigators Ask For Help Identifying Suspect From Assault

Date: Friday, May 26, 2023 File: 23-14619 Victoria, BC –Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect from a downtown assault. On April 20 at approximately 9:30 a.m., a suspect assaulted an individual shortly after they exited a BC Transit bus in the 1300-block of Douglas Street. The suspect is described as 55 to 65 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall with a large build, grey beard and carrying a cane. A photograph of the suspect is below.
