Date: Thursday, March 2, 2023File: 23-4190Victoria, BC – VicPD detectives are appealing to the public again to identify a person of interest in an arson investigation. Just after midnight on February 3, 2023, officers attended the 1200-block of Wharf Street for a report of a suspicious fire. Below are still images from CCTV footage of a person of interest in this investigation.
