Is This Your Jewellery? Traffic Stop Leads Patrol Officers To Stolen Property, Replica Firearm

File: 20-31163Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are working to reunite recovered jewellery with its rightful owners after a vehicle stop yesterday which resulted in the arrest of a man, and the seizure of stolen property and a replica firearm.At approximately 4:30 p.m. yesterday, Patrol officers stopped a vehicle driven by a known property offender in the 200-block of Menzies Street. Officers observed a large amount of stolen property in the vehicle and arrested the man. The officers recovered a number of items including new shoes, sunglasses, power tools, purses, and jewellery.Officers also seized a replica firearm.Officers are working to reunite the stolen jewellery items with their rightful owners.
