Date: Tuesday, September 29, 2020File: 20-39033Victoria, BC – Officers are investigating a fire this morning.Patrol officers and detectives with our Investigative Services Division responded to a report of a structure fire in the 1100-block of Empress Avenue just after 8:30 a.m. this morning. When they arrived, Victoria Fire Department firefighters were in the process of extinguishing the flames. There were no injuries.This file remains under investigation.
