One Man Outstanding After Assault With Weapon

File: 20-21957Victoria, BC – One man is outstanding after an assault with a weapon on Monday afternoon.Shortly after 3 p.m. on Monday, June 1st, Patrol officers were called to the 900-block of Pandora Avenue for a report that one man was assaulting another man with a baseball bat. Patrol officers attended but the suspect had fled the area. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.The suspect in this file remains outstanding. However, investigators believe that the victim and the suspect were known to each other, and that this was an isolated incident.
