Owner Sought After Officers Corral Snake

Date: Wednesday, July 7, 2021File: 21-26977Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are seeking a reptile’s owner after corralling a large snake in Victoria last night.Shortly after 9 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6th, Patrol officers were called to a multi-unit residential building in the 700-block of Vancouver Street for a report of a large snake found on a ground floor patio. Officers attended and worked with the person who reported the incident to corral the approximately four-foot-long snake into a large cardboard box.
