Date: Tuesday, August 31, 2021File:  21-35603Victoria, BC – Traffic is disrupted in downtown Victoria this afternoon due to an ongoing protest on the Johnson Street Bridge.At approximately 3:30 p.m. this afternoon protesters occupied the Johnson Street Bridge and impeded traffic in both directions.
