The driver and passenger of the vehicle, a woman and a man, remained at the scene and were not physically injured. Officers believed alcohol to be a factor in the collision, and arrested the driver for impaired driving. In addition, officers arrested the passenger for obstructing a peace officer. The driver and the passenger were transported to cells where they were held until morning.A woman faces recommended charges of impaired driving. Officers served the woman a 90-day Administrative Driving Prohibition and the vehicle was impounded. The passenger was released without charges.This file remains under investigation.-30-
