Officers again asked those in the area to keep children and pets indoors. While some residents of the 200-block of Michigan came out to see what was occurring, they worked with officers to maintain a safe distance, and to keep the area quiet and calm to allow the wolf to rest, and help officers keep it safely contained.Just after 6 p.m. B.C. Conservation Service officers arrived. Working with our Patrol officers, they tranquilized the wolf and safely removed it from the area. One of our Patrol officers assisted in carrying the animal to the B.C. Conservation Service officers’ vehicle. [caption id="attachment_11007" align="aligncenter" width="971"]
