Victoria, BC - VicPD Patrol officers are now with Lorne Ekstrom.
Moments ago, Lorne was spotted by a sharp-eyed citizen in the James Bay neighbourhood. Officers are with him. Lorne was the subject of a missing person alert just after 6 p.m. this evening.
