On March 4th Dustin Tom was the subject of a wanted person notification after his statutory release was suspended. Dustin Tom is a federal offender, who is serving over two years for multiple robbery and theft charges.Shortly after 9 a.m. on March 29th Oak Bay Police officers located and arrested Dustin Tom in the 2000-block of Oak Bay Avenue. Dustin Tom remains in custody.-30-
