Date: Monday, October 26, 2020File: 20-41137Victoria, BC – Officers with VicPD’s Behavioural Assessment and Management Unit (BAMU) are asking for public assistance in locating high-risk offender, Douglas McPherson, who is wanted on a Canada-wide parole revocation warrant and believed to be in Victoria.Douglas McPherson is a federal parolee with a history of convictions for bank robbery. McPherson is a high risk to re-offend.Douglas McPherson is described as a 64-year-old Caucasian man with short grey hair and blue eyes.
