Date: Thursday, October 5, 2023 File: 23-35838 Victoria, BC –Wanted Person Milad Herbert was arrested on Saturday in Surrey, BC.  Milad was the subject of a Canada-wide warrant for suspension of his statutory release after walking away from a Community Residential Facility (CRF) in Victoria. A VicPD wanted person alert was issued for Milad on September 26. Milad was arrested in Surrey on September 30. Thank you to everyone who shared this wanted person alert.
