Help VicPD Locate High-Risk Missing Man, Parminder

Victoria, B.C. – VicPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Parminder, who is considered a high-risk missing person.

Parminder was last seen on May 22, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m., leaving the area of the 200 block of Gorge Road East. 

Parminder is in his mid-30's. He is described as being 6 feet tall with a lean build, dark eyes, and a shaved head. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black baseball hat, a black jacket, and black pants. 

Due to the circumstances of his disappearance, police are treating this as a high-risk case.
