High-Risk Missing Person, Parminder, Seen in Duncan

Victoria, B.C. – VicPD has received new information in the search for Parminder, who is considered a high-risk missing person.  

Parminder was last seen on May 23, 2026 at approximately 6:15 p.m. in Duncan, B.C. Police have confirmed he was dropped off by a rideshare service outside a business in the 100 block of the Trans-Canada Highway. As a result, officers have extended their request for the public’s assistance into the Cowichan Valley. 

Parminder is described as being 6 feet tall with a lean build, dark eyes, and a shaved head. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black baseball hat, a black jacket, and black pants. 

Due to the circumstances of his disappearance, police are treating this as a high-risk case.
