VicPD Seeking Potential Witnesses, Dashcam Video

Victoria, B.C. – The Victoria Police Department is seeking potential witnesses and dash cam video around the Victoria International Airport on June 20, 2026, between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m.  

VicPD is asking anyone who may have seen a woman waving or flagging down a motorist to please contact the department. Any drivers with dash cams in the area are also encouraged to contact police. You can dial the E-Comm non-emergency line at 250-995-7654 ext. 1, and reference file number 26-25036.
