Victoria, B.C. – The Victoria Police Department (VicPD) is asking the public for information on the whereabouts of 48-year-old Mitchell MOISE, who is unlawfully at large and wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
MOISE, also known by the names “Mitch,” “Mitchel” and “Moise,” is a third-time federal offender. He served a sentence of three years and one month for Break Enter and Commit, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose and Assault - Use of Force. The court also imposed a 10-year Long-Term Supervision Order.

MOISE has several identifiable tattoos, including a tribal design on his left upper arm, a lion’s head on his left forearm, and an inscription on his right forearm that reads: “To know the true beauty in this gift of life, is to be able to walk through the darkest night and to be still able to find your way back to the light.”
Anyone who sees MOISE should call 911, do not approach him.
