The suspect is described as a 20 to 30-year-old Caucasian man standing five feet, eight inches tall, with a heavy build. The suspect wore a grey vest, green camouflage shorts, and a backpack. Officers are looking to identify the suspect and return the stuffed animal.Officers took it upon themselves to purchase an additional stuffed animal and children’s toys to replace what was stolen from the memorial. However, officers would like additional information on the person who stole from the memorial.
