Victoria Police Seek Person on Canada-wide warrant

Victoria, B.C. – The Victoria Police Department is asking for tips related to the whereabouts of 30-year-old Tristan WHITSTONE, who is Unlawfully at Large and wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for arrest. 

WHITSTONE left a designated housing facility in Victoria without authorization during the evening of September 15, 2026. He is described as 5’7” tall, 210 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos, including on his neck and forearms. 

Anyone who sees WHITSTONE should call 911; do not approach him. 

WHITSTONE is serving a federal sentence of 2 years, 5 months and 20 days for Break and Enter to Steal a Firearm, Assault-Intentional, Use of Force, Flight from a Peace Officer (X2), Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Obstruct Public/Peace Officer, and Fail to Attend Court.
