Victoria Police Seek Information in Search for Wanted Person

Victoria, B.C. – The Victoria Police Department is asking for tips related to the whereabouts of 49-year-old Brett HARRIS, who is Unlawfully at Large and wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for arrest. 

HARRIS left a Community Residential Facility in Victoria without authorization during the evening of September 13, 2026. He is described as 5’11” tall, 195 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He has many tattoos – including on his neck, left cheek, and a sleeve tattoo on his left arm with a panther.

Anyone who sees HARRIS should call 911; do not approach him.  

HARRIS is serving a 3 year, 8 month federal sentence for Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Carry Concealed Weapon, Possession of a Weapon Contrary to Prohibition Order, Fail to Comply with Order – at Large (x3), Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent and Operation While Prohibited.
