Investigators Seek Witnesses Following Hate-Motivated Mischief

Victoria, B.C. – Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual following graffiti in the 2100 block of Vancouver Street around 4:00 a.m. on August 2, 2026. 

The individual is described as a white man, approximately six feet tall, with long dark hair, a dark moustache, and a tattoo on his left hand. 

The incident is being investigated as mischief and a possible hate-motivated offence. 

Anyone who recognizes the individual or who has information or surveillance video from the area is asked to call the E-Comm Report Desk at 250-995-7654, extension 1.
